
Baked Tofu Schnitzel
Cut the tofu and marinate it in a bowl with a beaten egg, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt, and pepper for a quarter of an hour.
After a quarter of an hour, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
In another bowl, mix ground almonds with breadcrumbs (you can also use just ground almonds), sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon paprika.
Coat each piece of tofu that was in the egg in the breadcrumb-almond mixture and place on a tray lined with lightly greased parchment paper. After coating them all, drizzle a little olive oil over each one and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden.
